The Caregiver Space connects individuals from across the country through online partforms and facebook, irrespective of one’s cargiving profile. Includes facebook groups for different groups and bereavement.

Centre de Crise Iris
Crisis center offering 24/7, short-term crisis intervention and housing support for individuals residing within the the area of CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal and the CISSS de Laval.

Ami Quebec
AMI-Quebec helps family caregivers cope with mental illness in a loved one through support groups, workshops, family counseling, peer support, online learning and events. They have a program for Young Carers as well.

Deuil Jeunesse
Professional intervention for youth and families experiencing illness, the disappearance or death of a close one, or losses linked to parental separation,
abandonment, or adoption. Services include intervention groups and psychosocial follow-ups., as well as training for professionals.
Tel Ecoute (Ligne Le Deuil)
This supportive helpline for bereaved individuals (18+) is accessible and free of charge anywhere in Canada, 365 days a year, between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.
